Coordinator for International Relations 国際交流員
Since 1994, Seika Town has employed an English speaking Coordinator for International Relations (CIR) to spearhead international exchange efforts. The CIR’s duties include planning sister city projects, producing content in both English and Japanese for the town website and magazine, and assisting foreign residents that live in Seika Town in addition to other responsibilities.
As of May 23, 2022 Seika Town has employed a new CIR. She is a native English speaker from Michigan, USA and is the 14th CIR to work for Seika.
