The distribution of disaster prevention information by email began in November 2020.

The disaster prevention email distribution is a mail service that allows for communications regarding disaster prevention to be received wirelessly from the diaster administration on your smartphone or cell phone by registering your email.

Other than Japanese, communciations can be sent in the following languages:

It is free to register, but messaging and data rates may apply.
